We begin your insurance claim with a detailed digital photograph history of the damage which can be forwarded to your insurance company along with a detailed appraisal. Some vehicles are disassembled to allow for hidden damage assessment. We are trusted by all insurance companies to do a proper breakdown of the damaged vehicle to ensure a timely turn around of the claim. Mitchel and Audatex estimating software systems are the key to our communications with your insurance company. With 30 years in the business, we have gained a great deal of credibility with your insurance agents, claims offices, and independent adjusting companies. Once the insurance company has reviewed our file, and we have your approval to continue, we order the parts that are required and book your vehicle in for repairs. We predict the length of time that we will require your vehicle and can arrange a rental vehicle if needed. After repairs are completed we clean your vehicle and present the keys to you.
